So, I enjoyed a very exciting prank today. I got home from school at the usual time (4:00) and I sat down to enjoy the 14.423 minutes of computer time I have set once I get home, but of course. My phone rings. Well...before I get into that I should say that I got a cell phone in early December and for about 2 weeks I've been getting strange texts from old black men (I'm a white 14 year old girl) asking me if I'm on a chat line and sending me weird pictures of themselves. So anyways back to my story. A man with the caller I.D of "Carpet Wholesale Warehouse" called my HOUSE phone and my mother picked up the phone. The man asked if Katie was there, so my mom hands me the phone. I answer and the man says "Katie?" and I said "Yes?" He then asked me if I had gotten his "results" back. Having no idea what he's talking I of course said "Huh?". He says "You know...the results about my....itching...". By this point I'm at least a little weird-ed out so I and my amazing vocabulary say "Huh?" and the man says "Wait...isn't this a doctors office?" "Sorry sir, this is not a doctors office...this is my house."
Sounds creepy right? And totally legit. EXCEPT. He called me by name. If he had said Doctor or Nicole or something I would have believed him but he said Katie which is of course my name. Weird.
In other non-creepy related news. This is April and I've decided to do BEDA (Blog Every Day in April) because I'm already that addicted. After April I have a feeling my life will be pretty hectic at least up till June, but once school is out I'll post more if anyone actually reads these and likes to read them.
